This data protection declaration applies to the websites of HY.AIR Energy GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "HY.AIR"). Other data protection declarations may apply on other third-party servers and websites.

 

HY.AIR takes the protection of personal data very seriously. For this reason, we would like to inform the users of our website what data is stored and how this data is used. The data protection regulations oblige us to handle user data properly and appropriately. We will not use your data for purposes other than those stated.

The legal basis for obtaining consent is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a in conjunction with Article 7 GDPR. The legal basis for processing to fulfill our services and carry out contractual measures, as well as answering inquiries is Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR. The legal basis for processing to fulfill our legal obligations is Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR. If the processing of your data is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the person concerned do not outweigh the first interest, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing. In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter d GDPR serves as the legal basis.

5.   Duration of storage and deletion

HY.AIR adheres to the principles of data minimization in accordance with Article 5(1)(c) GDPR and storage limitation in accordance with Article 5(1)(e) GDPR. Your personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as provided for by the retention periods provided by law. After the respective purpose no longer applies or after these retention periods have expired, the corresponding data will be deleted as quickly as possible.

This data is not merged with other data sources.
